Age Divisions: 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 & under

Each team (home/visitor) will be required to provide a scorekeeper for each game. Teams will provide use of their own scorebooks. The scorekeeper will be required to sit at the scorer’s table and be subject to the jurisdiction of the game officials.

Tournament Rules/Eligibility: All AAU, YBOA, USSSA, or any other teams will be accepted. Detailed tournament rules and player age eligibility information is available below. It is the responsibility of each team and/or coach to read and understand all tournament rules.

Game Schedules can be downloaded by selecting an age division below. The Team/Location Key contains team numbers and location abbreviations. The Tournament Master Grid is a composite schedule for all games.

To completely register your team ALL of the following information MUST be received by the deadline:

- Entry fee (online)
- Completed entry form (online)
- Completed roster form (online)
- Copy of all certified Birth Certificates
(May be on file from previous tourney – indicate on roster form and we will verify)
- Completed waiver forms for all players

Entry Fee:
$200.00 – if completely registered* by March 7th
$220.00 – if completely registered* after March 7th
*Partial registration by March 7th does NOT qualify for reduced entry fee. All registration requirements must be met for teams to be considered registered. No exceptions.

Final Registration Deadline: March 19th (March 7th for reduced entry fee)
Inclement weather decision will be made by Thursday, March 27th @ 4pm. 50% refund of entry fee if cancelled due to weather.
